Lake Hayes, New Zealand

On one of the last days of our trip, we took a walk around the edge of this peaceful lake. It was my first time in the Southern Hemisphere, experiencing the seasona flipped from the way I'm used to them, and the first crisp signs of autumn were so vibrant.

Really enjoying this little jaunt into landscapes. The process feels soothing, almost meditative. I have another to share soon, too.
